SOFIA fabric belongs to the group of fabrics functioning under the name of chenille. It is a thick fabric made chemically from 100% synthetic fiber, that is, from polyester (PE, PES). As a result, it is a non-creasing and easy-drying fabric, while at the same time soft and great to wear. These properties make chenille a valuable fabric among upholsterers and is successfully used as a plain upholstery fabric.

SOFIA fabric will be appreciated by anyone looking for a solid and durable material for upholstery. Every now and then it is worth refreshing the decor of your apartment by upholstering furniture with new fabric. This can be furniture in the living room (sofa, chairs), in the bedroom or in the kitchen. Over time, fabric upholstery wears out, abrades and fades, so it needs to be replaced. SOFIA fabric - maintenance
SOFIA fabric is also resistant to dirt. Thanks to its unique structure, it does not absorb dirt as easily as other fabrics. Cleaning consists primarily in regular vacuuming of chenille-covered elements. In turn, you can remove any stains by wiping them with a cloth soaked in water alone or in soapy water. Elements that you can remove, such as curtains or pillow covers, wash by hand at a water temperature of up to 30 degrees Celsius. If necessary, it is acceptable to iron the fabric with a slightly warm iron.
