Goods not subject to returns

We would like to kindly inform you that according to the terms and conditions of kameleon.pro store, goods imported
and prepared to individual customer order.

Fabrics - only fabrics purchased in whole rolls can be returned.

Cut-to-size fabrics are NOT eligible for return.

With regard to the following contracts, the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance:

(a) in which the subject of performance is a non-refabricated item, produced to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs -fabrics, samples and products from the haberdashery category sold by the meter are treated as orders for an individual order of the Customer and are not returnable.

b) for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the start of the service, that after the performance by the entrepreneur will lose the right to withdraw from the contract

c) in which the subject of performance are things that, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably combined with other things;

d) other cases specified in detail in Article 38 of the Law on Consumer Rights.
